Last year, we had a record breaking amount of Snatch PR's when we ran Snatchtastic Summer for a 4 week stretch. We are hoping to duplicate that this year! 

The Olympic lifts can one of the most challenging and frustrating movements for people. It is only with consistent practice, over and over again that will produce the positive results that most like to experience! 

For the next 4 weeks, Friday's will be Snatch Day! We will be going over skill, progressions and building to a 1RM. 

Not into obtaining a better Snatch? No worries, we will have a WOD programmed for you as option #2!
