RECIPE TIME!!
TOMATO STACKERS
For the base:
- 2 sliced organic tomatoes
The Red Pepper Sauce:
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- ¼ cup soaked raw cashews (soak for minimum of 4 hours)
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- ½ tsp coconut oil
- 1-2 tsp Celtic sea salt
- ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth and creamy.
Meat & Garnish:
- 10-12 basil leaves
- 4-6 sautéed raw wild caught shrimp.
Instructions:
Slice the tomatoes for medium thickness. Top the stacker with red pepper sauce, a basil leaf and shrimp. SO DELICIOUS!
