For the base:
2 sliced organic tomatoes
The Red Pepper Sauce:
1 Red Bell Pepper
¼ cup soaked raw cashews (soak for minimum of 4 hours)
2 fresh garlic cloves
½ tsp coconut oil
1-2 tsp Celtic sea salt
¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth and creamy.
Meat & Garnish:
10-12 basil leaves
4-6 sautéed raw wild caught shrimp.
Slice the tomatoes for medium thickness. Top the stacker with red pepper sauce, a basil leaf and shrimp. SO DELICIOUS!
