If you haven't figured it out yet, it's hard work to achieve the goals we set for ourselves! Man, it was so easy when we were chatting with our friends and came up with this genius game plan to achieve the goal, but then, tomorrow came, and the real work began. 

Have you set goals for yourself and failed to reach them? Did you layout a plan to achieve these goals? Did you start down the road to achieve your goals and then fell off track?

Maybe it was to get 2 double unders in a row, or to hit a bodyweight snatch, or to do a muscle up, or maybe it wasn't even related to your fitness, maybe it was to tell your significant other that you love them more, or to read one book per month………the list could go on. 


The point here is, to achieve our goals, we need a plan of action. You can't just flail around and 'hope' that your goal gets achieved.
