Now that 15.1 (and 15.1a) are behind us, it's time to do a couple things, if you have not already;
1. Start thinking about and prepping for 15.2! Step 1; RECOVER! Staying hydrated, keeping up on your nutrition, making sure you are following the suggested effort chart each day so your body can be prepped to give it's best effort again on Friday!
2. Reflect. Would you do things differently? Are you happy with your performance? Did you give it your best effort? What were your struggles? What were your successes? Take notes on these answers so you can discuss them with your C5 coaches after the OPEN and we have some data to analyze to help prepare you better for next year!!
