So what's your motivation? 

Why do you show up to CrossFit Five Cities each week to train with us? Do you want to be healthy and strong for everyday life? Are you seeking longevity? Do want to go to the CrossFit Games? Are you strengthening your skills for another sport? Do you want to look good naked?..............the list of "why" could go on and on.

Understanding "why" you're training with us is a VERY important part of your success in our program. Your "why" is what will motivate you to stay on a consistent schedule, to get proper sleep, to eat proper nutrition, to listen to your coaches and train smart AND hard.

If you haven't REALLY sat down and taken the time to reflect on your "WHY" for this Fitness Journey you have chosen to embark on, please do so. It is what will keep your fire lit when you're feeling tired, sore, down, emotionally drained. It is what will continue to drive you when things get tough.

It's important to me to understand the motivation behind every members actions and behavior in our community. I want nothing more than to help everyone succeed in their own personal Fitness Journey........ that's my motivation, my "WHY".
