Hydration is CRITICAL to fitness and health, but let’s face it water can get boring sometimes. We all need to spice up our hydration from time-to-time. So, to end your FINAL WOD here is a TASTY recovery sports drink that is a perfect blend of carbohydrates, sodium and potassium to aid your fitness.
MUSCLE RECOVERY SPORTS DRINK
¼ cup tart cherry juice
3 tbs. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tbs. local raw honey
1 cup organic coconut water
A pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
How to make: Place ingredients in a glass mason jar, stir and enjoy.
