GINGER CHIMICHURI

  • ½ cup organic sliced green onion

  • 2 tbs. organic ginger (peeled and finely chopped)

  • 2 tbs. fresh organic mint

  • ½ cup organic cilantro

  • ½ cup organic basil

  • ½ cup organic parsley

  • 1 tsp. Celtic sea salt

  • 1 clove organic garlic

  • 1 tsp. organic cold pressed black cumin seed oil

  • 3-4 tbs. organic lime juice

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • ¼ cup organic avocado oil

  • ½ tsp. organic crushed red pepper

 HOW TO MAKE: Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
