Are you committed to your Fitness Journey?
Sometimes just asking yourself the question can reveal some harsh realities about where you sit with your commitment level relative to your Fitness.
Perhaps you "think" you're committed, until you really sit down and think about it.
Or, perhaps you're crushing your commitment goals and nothing can stop your steam pumping gainz train!!
Do you have goals of showing up to the gym 3-5 days per week and only make it 1-2?
I know, life gets busy, excuses get easy, and sometimes we're just tired! I get it, I really do.
Please note: CONSISTENCY is KING of Fitness success. If you show up and follow the C5 Fitness program 4-5 days per week, consistently, for month after month, I can GUARANTEE you will see results!
On the flip side, show up once every two weeks for month after month, I can GUARANTEE you will NOT see results!
This month at C5 we will be implementing The C5 Committed Club! Each month, we will be have a list of committed names on the official Committed Club whiteboard at the box to acknowledge those who come to the gym 15+ times per month.
