Preparation

On Memorial Day (Monday, May 28th), there is a community wide workout that takes place in the CrossFit community. 

The workout is called "MURPH".

1mile run
100 pull-ups
200 pushups
300 squats
1mile run
…….wearing a 20# weighted vest

Sounds like a lot of work huh?! Yep, because it is 💪🏽

And NOT something that one should just show up and do without preparing for, unless you don't value proper use of your arms and legs for the following 5-7 days. 

For the next 6 weeks, we will be implementing some "MURPH" preparation workouts on Saturdays. The intent is to help you progressively build volume in the movements that you will be executing on Memorial Day.
