The FGT Program

Hey ladiezzzzz!!!!

We are super stoked to announce the launch of The C5 FGT Program (#FemaleGainzTrain). 


We know you β€œwant” to do all the fun, sexy gymnastic skills that you witness others doing πŸ€ΈπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

We also know that the vast majority of you do not have the foundation of absolute strength (yet) to perform all the fun, sexy skills.

Intro The FGT (#FemaleGainzTrain) Program πŸ’ͺ🏽

This 14 week, supplemental strength program is designed for the female seeking upper body strength. 

#FGT is designed to be executed 3 days per week, in addition to the C5 Group Fitness program. 
You will need a basic understanding of movement mechanics, and be self sufficient enough to execute the programmed work without constant supervision (although a highly qualified C5 Fitness Coach is always onsite to assist you, and answer questions).
Most work could be executed at any basic gym, on an as needed basis (for those who have access to other facilities). 

Program start date (Phase I): Monday, June 4th (will run for 4 consecutive weeks)
Deload week: Week of July 2nd - July 6th
Phase II: Monday, July 9th - August 3rd
Deload week: Week of August 6th - August 10th
Phase III: Monday, August 13th - September 7th

Program cost: $60 for the entire 14 week program (C5 member rate only) ($80 for non-C5 members).
