The 2 day, C5 Athlete Camp is designed to enhance your knowledge around competition in the sport of fitness. Whether you want to compete at elite levels, or, local throwdowns for fun, there is a long list of factors that go into your preparation and understanding of self as it relates to competition.

Anyone who competes (or desires to compete) in the sport of fitness.
Saturday, June 2nd, 2018 (8am-4pm)
Sunday, June 3rd, 2018 (8am-3pm)
Each day will include both, lecture and practical applications relative to Fitness.
What you can expect to experience at the 2 day, C5 Athlete Camp:
- Identify your highest values, and create an understanding on how they are directly connected to your fitness journey
- Enhance your knowledge on the responsibilities (and realities) of competition in the sport of fitness
- Assess your current fitness levels and provide a roadmap to achieve your goals relative to your chosen level of competition
- Create awareness around the importance of your Mindset
Multi day Athlete Camps typically range anywhere from $350-$1,000 depending on several factors. We are offering you a HUGE discount on 2 days of knowledge and testing to help take you to the next level.
Cost is $150 for C5 Members ($175 for non-C5 members)
