Want the sexy, fun, gymnastic skills but don't have the prerequisite strength to achieve them......yet??
This 14 week, supplemental strength program is designed for the female seeking upper body strength.
This program is designed to be executed 3 days per week, in addition to the C5 Group Fitness program.
You will need a basic understanding of movement mechanics, and be self sufficient enough to execute the programmed work without constant supervision.
You MUST BE COMMITTED and ready to EMBRACE the slow, controlled, movement mechanics required for this program. EVERYTHING you execute in this program MUST be done using quality movement mechanics over loads. If you TRULY want to build a strong base of strength, you CANNOT short change the quality of your movements.
Most work could be executed at any basic gym, on an as needed basis (for those who have access to other facilities).
Program start date (Phase I): Monday, June 4th (will run for 4 consecutive weeks)
Deload week: Week of July 2nd - July 6th
Phase II: Monday, July 9th - August 3rd
Deload week: Week of August 6th - August 10th
Phase III: Monday, August 13th - September 7th
Program cost: $60 for the entire 14 week program (C5 member rate only) ($80 for non-C5 members).
