Turkey Meatloaf


Macronutrients (serving size = 1/5th of recipe) - 28g P, 14g F, 14g C per serving

  • ½ tbsp coconut oil (cooking)

  • ½ chopped onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • Saute onion and garlic in oil, set aside to cool

  • ½ cup oats, blended or ground (blender or food processor)

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened non-dairy Milk

  • ½ cup bell pepper, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup shredded carrots

  • 1 large egg

  • ¼ no sugar bbq sauce

  • Seasoning options: garlic salt, onion salt, cayenne, oregano, thyme, rosemary

    • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, including the onion and garlic, but not the turkey

  • 1.5lbs (24oz) ground turkey

    • Fold in turkey by hand

    • Baked on foil-lined baking sheet in a loaf shape or in a loaf pan (spray with non-stick!!) for 55-65 minutes at 350 degrees.
