Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • Brussels sprouts, quartered (how every many you plan to make!)

  • 1 tbsp Honey, melted (or maple syrup) per 12 Sprouts

  • Seasonings of choice (I used Trader Joe’s Coffee BBQ Rub, Garlic Salt, and Cayenne Pepper)

Directions:

  • Add quartered sprouts to a large bowl

  • Add seasonings and toss thoroughly

  • Drizzle melted honey on top and mix once more

  • Bake for 8-12 minutes at 350 degrees or until tops/outsides are dark and crispy (covering your baking sheet in foil is wise for clean up)
