-5 hang power cleans (70% of heaviest 3rep from Wed)
-10 bar facing burpees
-15 double unders
Notes:
1. jump in and out of tire after each flip
2. be sure to jump with both feet over barbell
3. if you don't have doubles, 30sec amrap on your rope each round.
