We all have a "values" list. Whether it's written down on paper, on a post-it note in a drawer somewhere, in your phone, laptop, tablet, or just in your head, you've got one.

It's what is most important to us; our family, our business, our finances, a higher power, your car, your collection, your CrossFit shoes ;).....etc.

Whatever sits within your personal values list, it's important to remember, that without your health and wellness, you won't be able to enjoy anything on your values list.

What does this mean?

Making time to take care of yourself must be somewhere near the top of your values list.

Is it common for you to "not have time" to workout, or eat right, or get enough sleep, or drink enough water?

If this sounds familiar, it's likely that you don't have your own health & wellness placed high enough on your values list.

"If it's important to you, you'll find a way. If it's not, you'll find an excuse."

I understand, life is busy. We all have 24hrs in a day blended with jobs and responsibilities. Yet, some of us MAKE the time to take care of our own well being.

This is just a reminder; Your health, wellness, strength, fitness progress, nutrition, hydration, sleep and success in life are all a CHOICE. You CHOOSE to make the time for it, or, you find an excuse.

The CHOICE is yours.
