POST WORKOUT SMOOTHIE
(AND QUERCETIN)

- 1 medium very ripe frozen banana

- 1/2 organic persian cucumber

- 1/2 tsp. organic turmeric powder

- 1/2 tsp. organic ginger (remove peel)

- 1/4 cup pineapple

- 1/2 cup organic baby spinach

- For men: 1 scoop Vega Sport Recovery Protein & for women: 1/2 scoop (vanilla tastes great)

- 1/2 tsp. spirulina (this will make your body SOOOO happy and it makes your smoothie super green!)

- 1 cup filtered water

- 1/2 cup coconut water
HOW TO MAKE: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy!
** NK Helpful tip: If your blender does not blend greens well, try adding all the liquid items first. ;-)
