Some of us love it, some of us hate it.

Whichever side you sit on, change is inevitable, it's part of life......and it's part of your Fitness Journey.

As you get more fit; your physique changes for the better, your body composition changes, your clothes fit different, your attitude changes for the better, your confidence level goes up, your expectations for yourself increase..........etc.

Perhaps you've recently brought a new life into this world, started a new job, purchased a new home........all things that will result in change in your lifestyle.

The aforementioned are all positive changes in my opinion.

On the opposite side of the spectrum, perhaps something changes for the negative in your life; loss of a loved one, loss of a job, your car broke down, you get injured......etc.

As a result,  your stress levels increase, your appetite is decreased, your moods change for the worse, your attitude gets negative, and your performance in the gym suffers.

Whichever side of the spectrum you're on today, remember that change is inevitable. Life is a series of ups and downs. Take a few deep breathes, keep an open mind, always learn from the situation of change, and do your best to find the positive growth opportunity within the change in your life.
